A map from 1751 of Virginia clearly shows a "Tullis's Creek"
as a small tributary of the Potomac River, in what was then Frederick
Co, Virginia, and what is Berkeley Co, West Virginia, today. This seems
to place Moses Tullis (born before 1726) in Virginia at least 11 years
earlier than previously thought.

Presents a photo postcard from about 1915 showing people identified as
Olive, W. Tullis, Ethel Jones, J. Battershell, Ruth Tullis, and Clayt
Moore. After some research, I've concluded that the photo was probably
taken in Stark County, Ohio. The Tullises pictured are probably Walter
J. Tullis and Ruth E. Tullis, two children of William Clinton Tullis and
his wife Mary Jane Howell. Others in the photo are probably John Joseph
Battershell, Clayton S. Moore, and Olive R. Ellett.
